Robin Yearsley – ITIL Training Zone Managing Partner

Robin is an ITIL Manager’s certified ITIL professional with over 12 years real world experience of ITIL V2 and V3. Robin has led teams of analysts, consultants and specialists in the design, build, implementation and enhancement of many large scale, complex ITIL projects and service contract bids.

Robin is ITIL Manager’s certified and also holds the ISO/IEC 20000 certification. Robin continues to support European and North American clients in their quest to gain and maintain the worldwide standard in IT Service Management.

Over this time, Robin has had the pleasure of working with some of the smartest and most highly motivated people in the industry and has learned a tremendous amount on the subject of implementing ITIL in the real world. This experience has been translated into many of the benefits that you will soon discover when using ITIL Training Zone. 

Robin has worked with the ITIL Training Zone team to produce a first class catalogue of online ITIL training courses – all designed to be as easy to watch, listen to and absorb. Claire Agutter – ITIL Training Zone Managing Partner

Claire is a fully qualified ITIL V3 Expert with extensive experience in ITIL training and consultancy. Claire’s broad ITIL experience has enabled her to build up genuine expertise in practical service management, whilst remaining committed to a strong customer service ethos, to help ensure that ITIL V3 training should be economically available around the world.

Claire’s qualifications include the ITIL V2 Manager’s and the recent ITIL V3 Expert accreditation. Claire also works with a number of examination boards including ISEB and APMG to help them produce and maintain their qualifications portfolio.

Claire's passion for education has led her to collaborate on the design, build and testing of ITIL Training Zone by fulfilling the ‘Lead Trainer’ role and creating compelling course content using the FLEX-IT online learning system.

During her career, Claire has created and delivered hundreds of ITIL Version 2 and ITIL Version 3 courses.  Her focus on excellence and training quality - combined with the ITIL Training Zone ethos - ensures IT professionals and students will enjoy our ITIL courses because they are memorable and enable people to pass their ITIL exams.
