Before you start:
You always access free lessons from within your Dashboard – so you will need one of these first.

When you have your dashboard access I.E. your Username and Password sorted:
- Click ‘ITIL Training Courses’ on the Home page or view our courses now.
- When you see a course you like - Click on the blue ‘Learn More’ button to get the full low-down.
- When you have selected the course you like – Click on the orange ‘1st Lesson Free’ button.
- If you are already logged into your Dashboard – you’ll be able to ‘View all Courses’ and it will be there
for you to watch!
- If you are not logged in – you will be asked to Login – do this - then follow step 4 above.
That’s all there is too it!
