| 2. This is how it works – wherever you are located |

When you have completed your online studies, taken the practice exam included and you feel fully prepared – you can then commence the registration process for your final exam – which is included in your course price |
|
|
|
|
|
We have an online registration web form that you complete - which begins the process for you. This form is always available within your learning portal |
|
|
|
|
|
On this web form, you will upload from your computer two essential certificates: -
 |
A scanned copy of your ITIL® V2 Manager’s certificate
- this is proof that you are certified to proceed |
|
|
 |
A copy of your course completion certificate file
- which you download at the end of your online course |
|
|
|
|
|
|
You then complete the web form with your uploaded certificates and we will verify this information and forward it to LCS for you.
(You will receive a copy of this web form for your records too). |

|
|
|
LCS, our official ITIL® Examination Institute partner, will require a minimum of 10 working days notice - from the point at which complete the web form – to arrange your final exam date. |
|
|
|
|
Note: You must have both your course completion certificate and your scanned image of your ITIL V2 Manager’s Certificate - otherwise you will not be able to proceed with your final exam registration. This is an essential requirement and there can be no exceptions made |
