| 7. Your Exam Result |

LCS will automatically register your exam result and we will also be notified of it – if you were successful - you will receive your official ITIL® V3 Expert pin and certificate in the post in approximately three weeks time |

|
|
|
Should you fail your exam – you can arrange to re-sit it via LCS for a one-off fee (currently $250 USD) and you will follow the above process once again |
|
|
|
|
|
In this scenario, we will also re-open all access to your training materials for another 50 days allowing you plenty of time to revise and address any gaps |
|
|
|
|
|
Examination rules and regulations must be strictly adhered to at all times - LCS will advise you of these ahead of your preferred exam date/time |
