Your people request training courses from the online catalog and this emails a nominated coordinator who can set up an account in less than a minute.- Alternatively, new accounts can be distributed to anyone using our rapid account set-up
- In both cases user’s are automatically notified of their training login details via email and they can start their training when they want to.
- User’s can be located anywhere, at a regional office, headquarters or internationally

- How Do My People Access Their Training?

They receive an automated email containing their unique Login ID and Password- They simply login and access all of their online ITIL training materials for a selected duration
- These materials include: video tutorials, study guides, exercises, quizzes and practice exams papers
- Your Online Training Portal is accessible from any internet connected computer, at any time. This includes from the office, at home and from any Starbucks ;-)
- Access is granted for a set number of days – for example 90 days and you can extend anyone at any time for any reason

- 25 ITIL Expert Programs, or
- 50 ITIL Intermediate Courses, or
